These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and beeti baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the beeti baji website located at beeti-baji.com and any related services, features, content, and applications offered thereon.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

beeti baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In any dispute, the English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative text. Summaries, translations, or informal descriptions of these Terms provided elsewhere on the site are for convenience only and do not form part of the binding agreement.

To register an account with beeti baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use of beeti baji complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended account on beeti baji. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You are not a current or former employee of beeti baji or any associated company, nor a close family member of such an employee.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time you place wagers or make financial transactions.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

beeti baji conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is concluded satisfactorily.

As the registered holder of a beeti baji account, you bear sole and complete responsibility for all activity conducted under your account credentials. This includes, without limitation, all bets placed, all deposits made, all bonuses claimed, and all withdrawals requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not disclose your login details to any other person. beeti baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised in any way, you must contact beeti baji support immediately via live chat at [email protected] so that we can suspend the account pending a security review.

You are required to keep your registered contact details — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times. beeti baji communicates important account and promotional information to the contact details on file. The Platform accepts no liability for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets or make transactions using your account.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Log out of your account whenever you have finished your session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of account security.

beeti baji reserves the right to carry out additional identity and security verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player fails to cooperate with such checks, the Platform may suspend the account until the verification is complete.

All financial transactions on beeti baji are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. beeti baji does not charge fees on deposits made via any of these methods. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are displayed clearly in the cashier before you confirm the transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your beeti baji wallet within minutes of the mobile banking transaction being confirmed. beeti baji is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile banking provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. The target turnaround for mobile wallet withdrawals is under four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed at the commencement of the next business session.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Where a player's preferred withdrawal method is no longer available, they must contact support to arrange an alternative, subject to additional verification.

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account is under review for suspicious activity.

• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits via the payment provider will result in the suspension of the player's account pending investigation.
• All funds in the beeti baji wallet are held in BDT. No currency conversion will be applied at any stage of the transaction.

beeti baji maintains strict segregation of player funds. The funds you deposit are used exclusively to fund your gameplay and are not used to meet the operational costs of the Platform. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected from creditor claims.

beeti baji offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification.

beeti baji does not guarantee the availability of any bonus to any particular player. The Platform reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

By placing any bet or participating in any casino game on beeti baji, you acknowledge and accept all rules governing that specific market or game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each product area of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: beeti baji offers markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bet settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during technical disruptions or when official match data is unavailable. All bets accepted before a suspension remain valid.

Casino and Live Casino Games: All games in the beeti baji casino lobby — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). • Winnings from any bet are credited to the player's beeti baji wallet immediately upon official settlement of the market.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the round will be resolved using the last confirmed server state. If resolution is not possible, the stake will be refunded in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beeti baji Platform. This list is not exhaustive — beeti baji reserves the right to take action against any behaviour that it reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming, even if not explicitly listed below.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, using, or benefiting from more than one beeti baji account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix the outcome of any game, exploit promotional offers, or gain an unfair advantage in any market.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Reversing a deposit through a mobile banking provider after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your account credentials or acting as a proxy for another person's gambling activity.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate artificial profit. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error may be voided.
• Underage gambling: Registering as, or permitting access to, a person under 18 years of age.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward beeti baji support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Voluntary Closure: Any player may request the closure of their beeti baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, beeti baji will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified mobile wallet within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion closures take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen by the player. Platform-Initiated Suspension: beeti baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has:

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7;
• Become ineligible to hold a betting account under applicable law.

Where an account is suspended by beeti baji pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. Funds in the account will be held in escrow during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and held funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

beeti baji will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to activities conducted through the Platform. This includes providing account records, transaction histories, and communications in response to lawful requests, without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.
